My Go-to Beef Daube

Totally forgot to take pictures, and we are still aren't finished, but it smells GREAT! I was surprised to use an entire bottle of wine, so I am really anxious to see how it turns out. I will post a picture of the final product.

After the first hour in the oven...






This was they type of garlic I had on hand, so I threw a bunch of cloves in the pot to cook and it turned out pretty well.

And this was the wine I used...

All in all it turned out great! Looking forward to next weeks recipe.
